This executive cottage is located between Haliburton and Minden, it is surrounded by crown land and is very private. It is an open concept design with lots of windows to let in the sunshine and wonderfull pine floors throughout.The great room is fully equipped with Satelite Tv, DVD and stereo system, there is a large sofa, lots of chairs and a wood burning stove.The lower level is finished with a play room, Satelite TV, gas fireplace and comfortable couches.

The dinning room/kitchen is open to the living room and has lots of seating. 

The large pine kitchen has a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee  maker and all needed amenities.The entire space is clean and modern and wonderfully decorated. The front of the cottage is all glass offering great views to the lake.There is a large side deck that overlooks the water with a BBQ, garden furniture,sun umbrella,plus there is another walkout from the main bedroom to this deck.

There is a flagstone patio and firepit at the level grounds that lead to the water with docks where parents and grandparents can watch the children play.
