This large 1600sq.ft very private cottage is 5 min from the village of Haliburton on the eastern shore of Lake Kashagawigamog. It has excellent swimming, boating and fishing on the large 5 lake chain and wonderfull sunsets since it faces South West.

It has two levels with the lower level leading to a patio, gardens and the water. There is a large child safe deck the full width of the cottage over looking the water. The open concept fully equiped kitchen is off the great room and has a fridge, stove, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave and all needed amenities. There is a separate dinning area with seating for 6. There is satellite TV on both levels plus VCR/DVD and stereo.The lower level has a electric fireplace for your use and the upstairs has a wood burning stove for those cold evenings in the country.

The great room is wonderfully decorated with couches and recliner plus the wood burning stove. There is a BBQ and fire pit. All rooms have large glass windows overlooking the lake, there is another large deck at the front entrace of the cottage for your morning coffee and wonderful perennial gardens all around this very private and large property.
