This 3 bedroom cottage has two bedrooms and a washroom downstairs and one bedroom upstairs.All the beds are singles but can easily be pushed together to make a large double bed. It has a large picture window that offers great views of the lake and allows lots of light into the cottage.The kitchen has all amenities with cupboards, fridge, stove, microwave and coffee maker etc. it is a large kitchen plus there is a separate large dinning area.

There is a stone fireplace in the living room,cosy seating, plus satelite TV, VCR and stereo.

The front of the cottage has a large deck with lots of garden furniture overlooking the level grounds that go to the water.There is a BBQ, garden furniture, and a fire pit. There is a sand entry into the lake with docks for sun bathing and diving. It is a good property for young children since it is level to the lake with a shallow entry. This well appointed cottage is on a a very large lake close to Haliburton Village.It has a lovely view  of Drag Lake,a wonderful shore line and feels very private.
