This executive cottage is located between Haliburton and Minden.It is an open concept design with lots of windows to let in the sun shine and allows a wonderfull view of this large lake that is also part of the 5 lake chain.

The front of the cottage is all glass offering great views .There is a large wrap around deck that overlooks the water with a BBQ, garden furniture,sun umbrella and there is a large Gazebo to relax in and view the lake away from any bugs.

The large bright kitchen has a fridge, stove,dishwasher, microwave, coffee  maker and all needed amenities.The entire space is clean and modern and wonderfully decorated.The dinning room is off the kitchen and there is a large great room with sofas and chair. There is also a separate denn with satellite TV for quite moments away from the rest of the house.

This one level cottage has 4 bedroom and two bathroom and is ideal for the family with children who want level grounds to the lake with a firm sandy entry in the water.
