This cottage is on a large and level waterfront lot, it has grassy grounds to the water, and a gentle sand entry.It is great for young children since it is flat with shallow water. There is great swimming, boating and fishing.
A spacious dock at the shore for playing, relaxing and sunbathing and great views across the lake.
There is a dead end dirt road between the cottage and the water front.
   
Decorated in pine, the cottage has a large great room with a couch and  entertainment unit with TV/VCR/DVD .

Fully equipped kitchen has adjacent dining area with lots of seating and
plenty of light. There is a fridge, stove, microwave and all needed amenities.

At the side of the house is a stone patio with garden furniture a BBQ and large table for
outdoor dining. There is a fire pit for your enjoyment.

This is the ideal cottage for  families with young kids, it is close to the village of Minden, yet is very private.

12 Mile Lake is a large prime lake in the Highlands close to golf courses.
