This large cottage is on a large waterfront lot, it has a big wraparound deck, grassy grounds to the water ,and a gentle sand entry.It is great for young children since it is flat with shallow water.There is great swimming ,boating and fishing.
A spacious dock at the shore for playing, relaxing and sunbathing and great views across the lake.
   
Decorated in pine, the cottage has a great room with wood floors, large
couches, an entertainment unit with TV/VCR/DVD .

Fully equipped kitchen has adjacent dining area with lots of seating and
plenty of light.There is a fridge, stove, microwave and all needed amenities.

Deck features great views and has several chairs, a BBQ and large table for
outdoor dining.There is a fire pit for your enjoyment.

This is the ideal cottage for big families, it is close to the village of Minden, yet is very private.

12 Mile Lake is a large prime lake in the Highlands close to golf courses.
